One-north and Buona Vista have more EV charging than the futuristic streetscape suggests — but the pricing spread is wild. AC rates start at $0.598/kWh and DC fast charging from $0.728/kWh, yet the same district also has chargers hitting $0.861/kWh. The difference comes down to which basement you pick.
Eclipse at 1 Fusionopolis View is the standout value option for AC charging in the district. Operated by Volt Singapore on Basement 2:
At just under $0.60/kWh, this is the cheapest AC charging anywhere in one-north or Buona Vista. A 30kWh session costs $17.94 — roughly $5 cheaper than the SP Mobility alternatives nearby. The location is right in the Fusionopolis cluster, making it convenient for anyone working in the research or tech buildings in the area.
The catch? Eclipse only has AC chargers — no DC. For fast charging, you'll need to look elsewhere. But for overnight or all-day charging while at work, this is the default choice.
Buona Vista Court at 18 Holland Drive offers the cheapest AC charging for residents of the Buona Vista estate. Operated by Charge+:
At $0.6290/kWh, this undercuts most HDB estate chargers elsewhere in Singapore. The 7.4kW speed is standard for HDB overnight charging — adequate for a full overnight top-up. For Buona Vista residents without private parking, this is a solid, affordable option.
Two research buildings in the one-north core offer AC charging at identical rates.
A*STAR at 1 Fusionopolis Way — ComfortDelGro Engie on Basement 3:
Innovis at 2 Fusionopolis Way — ComfortDelGro Engie on Basement 3:
At $0.6950/kWh, these are mid-tier options — more expensive than Eclipse but cheaper than SP Mobility. Both buildings are primarily for research tenants, so access may be restricted to building users during office hours. For those who work in either building, the AC 22kW speed is functional for a workday top-up.
Park Avenue Rochester at 31 Rochester Drive is the hidden value gem of the district. Operated by Charge+ on Basement 1:
At $0.7280/kWh for DC 120kW, this is the cheapest DC fast charging in the entire one-north–Buona Vista area — and one of the better-value DC options in western Singapore. A 30kWh session costs $21.84. The 120kW speed is genuine fast charging: roughly 15–20 minutes for a meaningful top-up on most EVs.
The location is the Park Avenue Rochester hotel, and the carpark is accessible to non-guests. For anyone in the Rochester-Buona Vista corridor, this is the DC default.
Elementum at 1 North Buona Vista Link offers DC fast charging close to the Buona Vista MRT and office belt. Operated by Volt Singapore on Basement 2:
At $0.74/kWh, the DC 60kW is marginally more expensive than Park Avenue Rochester but offers a different location for the same corridor. A 30kWh session costs $22.20. The 60kW speed is practical — expect 30–40 minutes for a solid top-up. For workers at The Metropolis or the Buona Vista office cluster, this is a convenient mid-speed option.
SP Mobility operates at five locations across one-north, Buona Vista, and Holland Village — all at premium rates that are hard to justify given the cheaper alternatives nearby.
Solaris@One-North at 1 Fusionopolis Walk — Basement 2:
Rochester Common at 1 Rochester Park — Basement 2:
At $0.8066/kWh for DC, both locations are 11% more expensive than Park Avenue Rochester — for slower or only marginally faster hardware. Solaris's DC 50kW at $0.8066 costs $24.20 for 30kWh versus $21.84 at Park Avenue Rochester's DC 120kW. The math doesn't work.
Galaxis at 1 Fusionopolis Place — Basement 2:
At $0.8611/kWh for DC, Galaxis is the most expensive DC option in the district. A 30kWh session costs $25.83 — nearly $4 more than Park Avenue Rochester for a quarter of the speed. Only use if all other DC options are occupied.
One Holland Village at 7 Holland Village Way:
The Star Vista at 1 Vista Exchange Green — Basement 3:
Both at $0.8611/kWh for DC and $0.7739/kWh for AC — identical premium pricing. Treat both locations as emergency backup only.
The Metropolis at 9 North Buona Vista Drive offers AC charging near the Buona Vista MRT. Operated by Shell Recharge on Basement 1:
No DC chargers are available here. At $0.77 for AC-only, this is poor value compared to Eclipse's AC 22kW at $0.5980 or even A*STAR's AC 22kW at $0.6950. Only use if you're already at The Metropolis and have no alternative.

Note: AC chargers are optimal for overnight or extended-stay charging; DC chargers are for on-the-go fast charging. Speeds and rates are not directly comparable across categories.

Access notes:
One-north and Buona Vista have a clear value hierarchy if you know where to look. At $0.5980/kWh, Eclipse's AC 22kW is the cheapest charging option in the district. At $0.7280/kWh, Park Avenue Rochester's DC 120kW is the cheapest fast charging — and one of the best-value DC options in western Singapore.
The smart play: For AC charging, default to Eclipse if you work in the one-north core. Use Buona Vista Court if you're a resident. For DC fast charging, Park Avenue Rochester is the clear value leader — 120kW speed at $0.7280/kWh undercuts every other DC option in the district. Use Elementum as the Buona Vista backup at $0.74/kWh.
Treat the $0.8611/kWh SP Mobility cluster — Galaxis, One Holland Village, The Star Vista — as emergency backup only. The gap between cheapest DC (Park Avenue Rochester at $0.7280) and most expensive (Galaxis/One Holland Village/Star Vista at $0.8611) is $0.133/kWh. On a 40kWh charge, that's the difference between $29.12 and $34.44. The value is hiding in the Charge+ and Volt Singapore locations, not the better-known SP Mobility sites.
